BOOKING A BRAND SESSION WITH ME LOOKS LIKE...
Here's the complete process to booking a product, personal or business brand session with me! Have questions? don't be afraid to reach out via the contact page or email at stoneandflintmedia@gmail.com!
1. CONTACT ME
Send me a message via the contact page or email me at stoneandflintmedia@gmail.com with the package you'd like to select and any additional add-ons you'd like to incorporate (ex. Videography, Studio time, extra time, etc.)
2. CONSULTATION
Designate a time for your quick consultation call! Together we plan out when your strategy session will happen, session location (at your shop or studio booking), time, payment plan, etc., and go over the contract terms. You will receive your customized contract after this meeting.
3. CONTRACT + BOOKING
To finalize your session time and reserve your booking in my schedule you must submit your contract, signed by all relevant parties, with a 25% down payment to hold your space and move forward with your strategy session.
4. STRATEGY SESSION
Amazing + consistent content is great for building brand reliability, but without a clear strategy behind your session even the best content can fall flat on social. I love taking the time with brands to focus on what makes them and their clients unique and plan a session that helps you rotate through brand focus points with ease.
5. SESSION DAY
Yay it's session day! Arrive at the location designated during your consultation approx. 10-15 minutes early. The rest of your payment is due today unless otherwise designated by your payment plan.
6. THE SNEAK PEAK
The right edit has the power to draw in your customer, & taps into the experience of your brand. During your first session you will get to see a handful of your session finals in advance, edited 3 ways according to what we discussed during your strategy session for final selection of your brand vibe. I'm not a one editing style fits all photographer and I'm here to help you find the feeling that's right!
7. DELIVERY + SELECTION
Depending on session length & seasonal load you can expect to receive your private & password-protected final image gallery link via email approx. 1-4 weeks from your session date. You will be provided an up-to-date delivery expectation at the time of your session.
8. LEAVE A REVIEW
Loved your session & final images & want a little more?
Share the love & leave a review from the "Recommend" link in the top left or bottom center link from your client gallery and receive unlimited downloads on your session for a limited time in 2022.
